Each Netservers customer has their own account manager who will act as a single point of contact. We do not operate a faceless call centre, and our aim is 100% customer satisfaction through a personal and professional service.
Many of our competitors are "Virtual" ISPs and do not own their own network infrastructure or IP addresses. Netservers is different. Instead of reselling the ADSL/SDSL and FTTC products of other ISPs, we have developed our own. We utilise BT's national xDSL infrastructure and new fibre-optic network (FTTC) infrastructure to connect to our customers, but we do not resell BT's product range.
Netservers are full RIPE members and are one of the UK's Local Internet Registries (LIRs). We have built our own Network in London's Dockland and are connected to multiple Tier-1 bandwidth providers.
