Remote Access - Desktop Sharing

From time to time in dealing with email problems, it can help if Netservers staff can view your PCs Desktop. To facilitate this, we provide the VNC utility NetserversSupport.exe that will connect your PC to a member of the Netservers support team.

How to Use

  1. 1. Download and Run: When requested by support staff, download and run NetserversSupport.exe
  2. 2. Connect: Click on the Support option specified by staff, and click "Connect"
  3. 3. VNC Icon: You will see the "V" icon on your toolbar indicating active connection
  4. 4. End Session: Right-click on the "V" icon and choose "Close VNC" to end the session

Security & Privacy

  • No permanent installation - runs from temporary location
  • Connection only when you initiate and approve
  • You can disconnect at any time using the toolbar icon
  • Used only for technical support by authorized staff
