Common Email Issues

Can't Send Email

Authentication Required: Enable SMTP authentication. Use same credentials as incoming mail.

Wrong SMTP Port: Try port 587 (recommended), 25, or 465 (SSL).

Blocked by ISP: Some ISPs block port 25. Contact us for alternatives.

Can't Receive Email

Server Settings: POP3/IMAP server: mail.yourdomain.com, Username: full email address.

Mailbox Full: Delete old emails or contact us to increase quota.

Firewall/Antivirus: Temporarily disable to test connection.
